In the role of Senior Early Childhood Educator, you will be instrumental in supporting the Program Coordinators, Assistant & Center Director in the effective management of our center's daily activities. Your key duties will encompass delivering an exceptional Early Childhood curriculum, fostering robust relationships with parents, children, colleagues, and the broader community.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct the classroom to guarantee a superior educational atmosphere
  • Perform consistent evaluations and develop action plans as necessary
  • Encourage the comprehensive development of each child within a supportive environment
  • Comply with McLeod Enterprises' Policies, Licensing Standards, and Accreditation Requirements
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of all children at all times

Reporting Structure:

  • Provide updates to the Program Director, Center Director, or Assistant Director concerning staff, program, children, and parental matters
