Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified Bilingual Psychiatrist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch psychiatric care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide regular treatment sessions and maintain accurate records of patient progress.
- Meet or exceed productivity requirements as set forth by the Chief Medical Officer and the Director of Behavioral Health.
- Develop and maintain clinical diagnostic and treatment protocols for psychiatric treatment.
- Supervise non-physician providers, including Licensed Therapists, Neuropsychologists, and Behavioral Health Coordinators, with respect to psychiatric treatment.
- Participate in the Performance Improvement Program and contribute to the development of patient educational material.
Requirements
- Board certification in Psychiatry.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
