Job Title: Supplier Development Engineer

At Fox Factory, we are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating development activities across multiple suppliers, ensuring that they meet our quality and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure suppliers meet requirements
  • Monitor and audit supplier quality management systems
  • Manage run rates for all product launches
  • Conduct supplier assessments and reviews
  • Train suppliers on PPAP elements and required documentation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in supplier development or quality engineering
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
