Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement innovative environmental management systems and solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated project outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments and data analyses to inform project designs and regulatory compliance strategies.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of environmental engineering.

Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in engineering principles, with demonstrated expertise in environmental, geologic, and civil design.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, from initial planning through final implementation.
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities, with a talent for analyzing data and developing innovative solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of project work.
  • In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Environmental, Geologic, or Civil Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or additional certifications are a plus.
