Overview:

As a Management Trainee Intern, you will gain valuable business and leadership skills in a dynamic team-based environment. You will be responsible for developing skills in management, customer service, and marketing strategies, while working closely with your peers to achieve common goals.

This internship is designed to provide you with real-world professional experience and help you stand out in the job market. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, engage in friendly competition with your peers, and be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

To be eligible for this internship, you must be a senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university, graduating in December 2025 or May 2026. You must also have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 2 years, and not have any drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record in the past 5 years.

As a Management Trainee Intern, you will be part of the Enterprise Holdings team, which is committed to providing equal opportunities for all employees and applicants.


Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee Intern, your responsibilities will include:
