Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide personalized medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in various settings. Our team focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based medical services that cater to both chronic and urgent medical conditions.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in medical instruments and equipment. They must also be knowledgeable about HIPAA and OSHA regulations and have experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Salary and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Description
As a Nurse Practitioner at Abode Care Partners, you will perform evidence-based medical care by planning, directing, and evaluating patient medical needs. Your responsibilities will include examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses; ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed; collaborating with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care and maintaining a comprehensive plan of care; providing referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary; ensuring patient medical records are kept up-to-date; and more.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have an active state Nurse Practitioners license, current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification, active state DEA licensure, Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), five or more years of nursing experience, at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred, and a valid driver's license with automobile insurance. We value strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
