Job Title: Facilities Manager

At Cushman Wakefield Multifamily, we are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to support our remote office sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a well-managed and well-maintained property and buildings.
  • Coordinate activities, financials, vendors, and manpower required for current and future needs of the building and operations.
  • Manage contracts to ensure they are reviewed on a regular basis and are bid out as required.
  • Supervise maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the properties.
  • Respond positively and promptly to requests from building tenants and occupants.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience.
  • Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, and all facets of property operation and building management.
  • CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.

  • Competitive pay: $66,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year.
