Job Summary

Pioneer Circuits Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Maintenance Manager - Team Leader to oversee all daily operations and personnel related to the maintenance, repair, and installation of Company machinery and the upkeep of the Company's property and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Manage and oversee daily operations related to maintenance, facilities, and security; prioritize and coordinate projects interdepartmentally; act as facilities point person for any construction and renovation projects.
  • Maintenance Department Leadership: Lead maintenance department, which includes recruiting, training, and development of employees; scheduling, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and addressing employee issues.
  • Contract Administration: Research and administer all outside service contracts related to maintenance, facilities, and repair.
  • Vendor Management: Review, approve vendor invoices, and update expense reports for Accounting.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Manage and update preventative maintenance program (PMXPERT).
  • Inspections and Audits: Support multiple departments during periodic inspections conducted by agencies (e.g., AQMD, CUPA, fire, ISO, NADCAP, etc.).
  • Security and Alarm Systems: Responsible for security alarm system and responses to alarms.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Help troubleshoot and provide system support to production and manufacturing departments for equipment and computer issues.
  • Quality, Safety, and Customer Audits: Participate in quality, safety, and customer audits; implement necessary action items in response to audit findings.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Experience: 4 years of maintenance experience in a PCB manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of preventative maintenance software; excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; superior attention to detail and accuracy; high level of organization.
  • Certifications: HAZOPER Certified.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing equipment maintenance experience in PWB/PCB manufacturing environment; Bachelor's degree in related field; electrical background with certificate or license; air conditioning repair experience; working knowledge of post-etch equipment and ProCIM.
Work Environment

The work environment requires frequent standing and walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds; as well as, twisting/turning, reaching over shoulder/head, reaching outward.
