Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all projects to ensure timely completion and quality results.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet client expectations.

  • Collaborate with Project Superintendents to build a highly organized and profitable job site.
  • Ensure quality work and efficient project execution.
  • Attend Pre-Construction Meetings for upcoming projects.
  • Oversee Equipment Management for all jobsites through the Project Superintendents.
  • Develop and implement training programs for crew members.
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality work.
  • Lead and encourage a healthy culture among all crews by following our foundational beliefs.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Heavy/Utility construction.
  • Impeccable work ethic.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read site plans and plan details.
  • Basic math knowledge of civil construction.
  • Technological inclination, with experience using construction software and technology.
  • Reliable and trustworthy with a valid NC Driver's license.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction management.
  • Strong computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, calendar, and construction software.
  • Respectful and consistent leadership skills.
  • (Preferred): 2 or 4-year degree in construction management or engineering.
