Key Responsibilities- Purchasing and Negotiation: Responsible for purchasing and negotiating all MRO materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Supplier Communication: Maintain day-to-day communication with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, system data integrity, and ordering parameters for individual materials.
- Invoice Clearance: Work with finance to clear invoices, resolve any issues, and pay suppliers on time.
- Reporting and Analysis: Publish monthly information, Excel charts of open past dues, unvouchered invoices, and Tungsten status.
- Office Maintenance: Oversee the contractor responsible for cleaning, ensure areas are clean, order supplies, and schedule overtime.
- Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate trash pickups, pick up and distribute daily correspondence, and organize conference rooms for visitors and events.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform complex tasks, and understand the dynamics of effective teamwork.
- Language Skills: 100% bilingual English/Spanish.
