Role Summary

This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team at Exceptional Care for Children, a leading provider of pediatric care services. As a Respiratory Care Professional for Children, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality respiratory care to pediatric patients, including routine respiratory treatments and troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Participate in the care planning process to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Assist with policy and procedure development and continuous quality improvement measures.
  • Deliver periodic interdisciplinary in-service education to team members and responsible parties.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education and experience sufficient to meet position requirements; Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); active and valid license in State of Delaware (or ability to seek).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accessing electronic medical records.
  • Exhibits positive communication techniques and skills and has ability to make oral presentations.
