We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team at Exceptional Care for Children.

About the Job

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care and advocacy to pediatric patients requiring respiratory expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in respiratory therapy, with certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Care Planning and Coordination: Participate in care planning process, ensuring residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Respiratory Assessment and Treatment: Complete respiratory assessment of residents each shift, providing timely interventions as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Ensure proper functioning of respiratory equipment, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Active and valid license in State of Delaware required; ability to seek licensure if not currently licensed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, flexible spending account options, life insurance, and paid time off.
