Job Title: IT Project Manager - Infrastructure

CVS Health is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of medium to large IT projects/programs within our Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving all phases of project management, from planning to execution, to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management of project activities, including project direction, goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation, and assignments.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams on project management best practices.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with CVS Health's project management methodologies and standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of demonstrated project management experience, including managing one or more large complex IT product/software development cycles/projects.
  • Experience working on IT projects within the infrastructure space (servers, switches, networks, etc.).
  • Experience working in a PMO (Project Management Office) environment as a project manager.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Scrum, SAFe Agile certifications preferred.
