POSITION SUMMARY

The role involves assisting the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks, ensuring precision in the management of incoming and outgoing inventory. Key responsibilities encompass overseeing freight logistics, upholding warehouse cleanliness and orderliness, and aiding in the reorganization of warehouse layouts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Loading and unloading items onto pallets
  • Managing inbound and outbound freight operations
  • Supporting the Operations Manager with various assignments
  • Ensuring the warehouse remains clean and organized
  • Contributing to the identification of efficient processes to enhance daily operations

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Less than high school education or equivalent experience

Essential Skills

  • Ability to handle boxes weighing up to 50lbs
  • Capable of performing various physical tasks with boxes

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular sitting, reaching, grasping, and verbal communication
  • Frequent standing, walking, and manipulation of items

Work Conditions: Employees may encounter diverse environments, including wet/humid and extreme temperature conditions.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with varying shifts and potential for overtime.
