Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires a strong leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and coach team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Act as a backup support for the warehouse supervisor and provide coverage during vacations and call-ins.
  • Operate industrial vehicles and equipment to move, restock, and repack products.
  • Build orders according to load tickets using industrial power equipment or manually lifting as needed.
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of inbound and outbound loads by physically counting products and entering inventory data.
  • Maintain required records according to the company's record retention schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
  • One to three years of general work experience required.
  • One+ year prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment a plus.
  • Forklift certification is required.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary.
