KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain operational sites in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Plan and coordinate significant overhauls of compressor systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and provide support for reciprocating and screw compressors.
  • Engage with VRUs and gas lift systems.
  • Oversee and coordinate major repairs and overhauls of pumps, compressors, and engines.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment related to gas liquefaction and production facilities.
  • Collaborate directly with vendors to address rotating equipment and parts challenges.
  • Work closely with engineers to resolve compressor-related issues.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas sector is preferred.
  • Proficient understanding of screw and reciprocating compressors.
  • Ability to perform tasks with limited supervision.
  • Openness to learning and taking guidance from seasoned facility personnel.
  • Capability to work in extreme outdoor conditions.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, departments, and external officials.
  • Basic computer skills necessary for planning, scheduling, record-keeping, regulatory compliance, engine analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong organizational, technical, and analytical abilities.
  • Proven leadership in health, safety, and environmental practices with a commitment to achieving Zero Incident HSE outcomes.
