We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Ensign Therapy in Leawood, KS. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate plans of care in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice standards.
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, adhering to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
- Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- This position is open to PTs at all experience levels, including new graduates.
