We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Ensign Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care. You will develop and implement individualized plans of care, provide rehabilitative and skilled treatment interventions, and administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan. You will also provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to the physical disorders.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care and develop appropriate plans of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards.
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, wound care, etc.
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to the physical disorders.
Provide comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist
This position is open to PTs at all experience levels. New Grads Welcome
