  • Marketing
    • Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase visibility and attract customers to the cafe.
    • Manage social media presence and create engaging content to build a digital footprint.

    • Foster positive interactions among cafe patrons.
  • Operations and Customer Service
    • Train and educate cafe staff on customer service and conflict resolution.
    • Ensure the smooth operation of the cafe, including opening, running, and closing procedures.

    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment.
  • Administrative Support

  • Cafe Training
    • Develop and implement training programs for cafe staff.
    • Coordinate with vendors to provide ongoing training and support.

  • Volunteer Management
    • Coordinate with volunteers to support cafe operations and outreach efforts.
    • Develop and implement volunteer management strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective volunteer engagement.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B and marketing.
  • Experience providing person-focused care and/or basic emotional support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bilingual, with the ability to communicate in local dialects preferred.
