Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Mexico.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
