Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Lead CSR/Teller to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a key member of our Financial Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to ensure seamless operations, including cash handling and reporting.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in referrals and cross-selling opportunities, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Extensive cash handling experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.
