Director, Growth Strategy

To drive business growth, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Channel Management Team. As Director of Growth Initiatives, you will be responsible for owning the P&L of one of our largest retail partnerships, managing growth initiatives, profitability initiatives, and account maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Define strategies and actions to deliver performance promises.
  • Initiative Planning and Implementation: Plan, sell, and implement joint-growth and profitability initiatives with stakeholders at the retail partner and SquareTrade's internal teams.
  • Customer Experience: Understand the retail partner's path to purchase and post-purchase experience, and partner with Customer Experience and other teams to deliver the best solutions.
  • Retail Execution and Channel Marketing: Partner with Retail Execution and Merchandising to increase in-store customer and Associate awareness, and with the retail partner's dotcom teams to increase online sales.
  • Account Support: Provide support on various activities such as reporting, content development, event planning, and project management.
  • Product and Service Innovations: Gain a deep understanding of our business and bring your own ideas to the table.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct analysis and tracking of the highly complex, dynamic partner environment to ensure SquareTrade maintains its competitive advantage.
