About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated School Crisis Manager to join our team at Gersh Autism in Downtown Brooklyn, NY. This role requires a strong background in crisis intervention and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment for students on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop crisis prevention strategies to minimize disruptions
- Collaborate with classroom staff to discuss effective behavior management techniques
- Utilize Non-Violent Physical Crisis Intervention techniques to de-escalate student conflicts

Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience in crisis intervention with school-age students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
