Job Summary

The Leader in Training Program at Lippert is designed to develop the skills of future leaders in all areas of the manufacturing environment. As a Leader Trainee, you will gain exposure to the tools, thought processes, and support systems required to design and implement new strategies within Lippert.

Requirements
  • Three to five years in a manufacturing environment, or technical or bachelor's degree in one of the following areas:
    • Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial
    • Manufacturing: Business Administration, Global Business Strategy, Leadership and Supervision, LEAN Manufacturing
    • Supply Chain: Purchasing Supply Chain Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
