About the Role

The Correctional Nurse Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a secure environment. As a member of the Medical Team, this individual will be responsible for coordinating patient needs and plans of care, while upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care and develop plans of treatment in collaboration with the Medical Team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
