Job Title: Title Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Title Production Specialist to join our team at Ardan Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for examining and verifying titles, creating and understanding title commitments, and prioritizing daily work to ensure client SLA's are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Examine and verify titles to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Create and understand title commitments, including other title deliverables
  • Prioritize daily work to meet client SLA's and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Assist in processing files with a high degree of quality and attention to detail
  • Order search products and tax certifications as needed
  • Review and interpret reports and queues to manage workload effectively
  • Validate information by comparing it to source documents and data
  • Compare data and documents returned with search requirements and obtain missing elements
  • Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources
  • Manually rekey any errors and ensure accuracy
  • Handle rush requests and communicate order status with other departments
  • Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
  • File information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
  • Audit reports and sheets of data to ensure accuracy and quality
Qualifications and Education:
  • Strong familiarity with data entry and title escrow processes
  • Demonstrated typing accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize needs to expedite tasks upon request
  • 1+ years of related experience, preferably in title software

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly and concisely
  • Highly motivated, inquisitive, and self-started, with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to produce at high volume
  • Capable of generating a high degree of respect and trust to develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners

This role is mostly sedentary and requires the ability to sit for long periods each day. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate orally. The employee uses hands and fingers to type, handle, and reach. The ability to operate office machinery such as computer, phone, copier, printer, etc. in the commission of daily duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
