Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Title Specialist to join our team. As a Title Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing vehicle purchase transactions, filing necessary information with government agencies, and communicating with sales and management personnel. You will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, logging incoming titles, and applying for duplicate titles.

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage vehicle purchase transactions
  • Filing appropriate information with government agencies
  • Communicate with sales and management personnel regarding vehicle purchases
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Log incoming titles and file
  • Apply for duplicate titles
  • Communicate concerns or delays with customers
