Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment, commercial dish machines, and on-premise laundry machines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their facilities are clean and safe.
- Train and coach Senior Field Service Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Work independently in a field-based position, traveling to various locations to complete tasks.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or plumbing) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a commercial laundry or dish machine setting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, including occasional overnight stays.
