Leadless Clinical Specialist, CRM

The Leadless Clinical Specialist plays a critical role in driving the adoption and growth of Abbott's leadless technology. This position requires a strong understanding of clinical and technical aspects of leadless products, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary case support for initial leadless implants, utilizing deep knowledge of best-practices, clinical data, and comprehensive technical product expertise.
- Partner with local sales teams to ensure safe expansion of leadless therapy within their local accounts and transfer of technical expertise to the commercial team.
- Support national physician training programs, facilitating hands-on training and education for physicians.
- Develop trusting relationships with physician implanters based on demonstrated technical and clinical acumen.
- Oversee local education and training activities, including coordination, setup, and content delivery.
- Assist in certifying local Abbott personnel and training them on the use of field-based simulators.
- Partner with Leadless Professional Development peers to achieve common leadless therapy goals.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as case tracking and monitoring physician progress through training.
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders to improve future customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of clinical medical device experience, ideally with CRM products.
- Comprehensive ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
- Ability to collaborate and work with others effectively.
- High-level of comfort in navigating the medical environment, including labs and hospital settings.
- Proven success in leading and influencing customers, with ability to confidently provide guidance as needed.
- Expert verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and applications, such as Microsoft Office.
