Job Summary

The Leadless Clinical Specialist plays a critical role in driving the adoption and growth of Abbott's leadless technology. This position requires a strong understanding of clinical and technical aspects of leadless products, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide procedural and technical support for leadless implants, leveraging deep knowledge of best practices and clinical data.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure safe expansion of leadless therapy within local accounts.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for physicians, leveraging hands-on training and simulation.
  • Build trusting relationships with physician implanters based on technical and clinical expertise.
  • Oversee local education and training activities, including coordination, setup, and content delivery.
  • Assist in certifying local Abbott personnel on field-based simulators.
  • Partner with Leadless Professional Development peers to achieve common goals.
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as case tracking and monitoring physician progress.
  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders to improve customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of clinical medical device experience, preferably with CRM products.
  • Comprehensive ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • High-level comfort navigating medical environments, including labs and hospital settings.
  • Proven success in leading and influencing customers, with ability to provide guidance and course correction as needed.
  • Expert verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other personal computer programs.
