- Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary.
- Guest Assistance: Provide assistance to guests with key access and other requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations of crimes committed against property and persons, working closely with local authorities as needed.
- Supporting Operations: Assist the Operations Manager and Director of Operations with various duties, including delivering requested items to guest rooms and monitoring CCTV cameras.
