Job Title: Medical Laboratory ScientistKey Responsibilities:
- Conduct a range of laboratory tests, including waived, moderate, and high complexity testing, using manual and automated processes to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve analytical problems to maintain optimal laboratory performance.
- Review and implement quality control measures to ensure testing accuracy and precision on a daily basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a confidential and professional manner.
- Participate in mandatory education and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the laboratory team and contribute to the organization's success.
- Education: Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Preferably one year of clinical laboratory experience, with a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Licensure/Certifications: ASCP or equivalent certification is preferred.
