The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall daily operation of an assigned laboratory section, including workload management, personnel scheduling, and inventory maintenance. This role requires a strong background in medical technology and laboratory operations, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage laboratory workload and personnel scheduling
  • Conduct routine and non-routine test procedures
  • Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with quality assurance programs
  • Assist in laboratory projects and training of new employees
  • Develop and revise laboratory policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
  • 3+ years of clinical laboratory experience, with at least 2 years in a specialty or related laboratory field
  • Certification in Medical Technology (MT) or a nationally recognized professional organization accepted by JH Pathology
