About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team of therapists. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology or special education, current BCBA certification, and excellent interpersonal and writing skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing behavioral analysis services to students with autism and related disorders. This will include creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs, as well as implementing and monitoring behavior plans.

You will work closely with our Clinical Director and Executive Director to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of care. Your strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and flexibility will enable you to thrive in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral analysis services to students with autism and related disorders.
  • Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
  • Implement and monitor behavior plans.
  • Train paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology or special education.
  • Current BCBA certification required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position that involves traveling to various locations to provide therapy services. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
