Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Manager to lead our Olympus Ranch community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of resident satisfaction and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage and motivate staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager and Executive Chef to provide exceptional resident services and maintain a safe and motivating work atmosphere.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including budgeting, purchasing, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff, ensuring confidentiality and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' previous management experience, including operational and financial experience in managing employees, recruiting, customer service, budgeting, purchasing, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide a great living environment for residents and a safe and motivating work atmosphere for staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to keep all business, operational, and resident information confidential.
