Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (estimated)

Job Description

As an Executive Chef, you'll lead our kitchen team in crafting menus that delight our guests and exceed their expectations. Your expertise in Omakase and Japanese cuisine will be invaluable in driving our culinary vision forward.

You'll work closely with our restaurant leadership to develop innovative dishes, manage inventory, and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead kitchen staff in preparing and presenting dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient preparation and delivery of menu items
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment that adheres to food safety and health regulations
  • Collaborate with restaurant leadership to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position
  • Proven expertise in Omakase and Japanese cuisine
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
