Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant who will be instrumental in driving the future growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for financial operations, a comprehensive understanding of US GAAP, a proven history of process enhancement, and the capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Assist Brand leaders during month-end close processes and verify month-end reconciliations for precision.
  • Support interim and year-end audit processes and related activities.
  • Aid management in delivering accurate and timely month-end financial reports.
  • Prepare year-end financial statements in accordance with GAAP regulations.
  • Conduct treasury operations, including consolidating weekly cash forecasts and managing wires, ACH payments, and intercompany transactions.
  • Provide direct support to the Controller by undertaking additional ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies across the Brands to ensure consistent reporting and enhance internal controls.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Experience with Acumatica is a plus but not mandatory.
