Associate Director, Northwest

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team in the Northwest region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for advancing our mission to provide supportive housing and services to marginalized communities.
Key Responsibilities- Deepen and cultivate effective relationships with leaders of philanthropic, government, and community-based organizations to engage multi-sector leadership and investment in existing and new housing and services.
- Supervise staff and manage projects, ensuring clearly defined team roles, on-time and on-budget deliverables, and delivery of quality products.
- Support the Director with geographically based fundraising, business development, and team budget development and monitoring.
- Create and deliver in-person and virtual technical assistance, training, and facilitation, incorporating an emphasis on racial equity and community ownership.
- Identify opportunities and learnings from projects to disseminate recommendations and impact across CSH teams and regions.
- 10+ years of experience in supportive housing, affordable housing, healthcare, child welfare, and/or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or any combination of 10+ years of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Demonstrated leadership, management skills, and high-level decision-making necessary to advance and realize CSH's vision.
- Experience incorporating the perspectives of multiple communities, including communities of color, in the consideration of impacts and outcomes of a decision-making process.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and train large groups both virtually and in-person.
- Understanding of institutional and structural racism and bias, white dominant culture, and structures of power, and their impact on underserved and underrepresented communities.
- Project management experience, with demonstrated leadership and organizational skills and the ability to manage project teams, project budgets, and deadlines with moderate supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitation, and training, active listening, and ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Competitive salaries based on geographic location, with a range of $104,000 - $152,000.
