Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at PeopleShare Inc. in Frederick, MD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $72,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administrative roles, preferably with 1 year of experience in data entry, scheduling appointments, and coordinating office activities. A valid MD Driver's License and attention to detail are essential requirements for this position.

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with our management team to ensure that all aspects of our business are running efficiently. This includes data entry, arranging meetings, handling phone calls and emails, and greeting customers in a professional manner.
