Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to support our Executive team at Bristol Bay Native Corporation. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Correspondence Documents: Create professional correspondence documents, internal and external memorandums, meeting minutes, and other communications that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Organize and Analyze Information: Utilize strong analytical skills to organize and analyze information, ensuring that the Executive's areas of responsibility remain on task and on schedule.
- Serve as an Action Officer: Act as a key point of contact to track tasks and responsibilities, providing visibility and direction to the Executive and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide Recommendations: Offer actionable recommendations for administrative process improvements, leveraging industry best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare Reports: Develop comprehensive reports (briefings, white papers, decision papers, and memoranda) to support the Executive's decision-making process.
- Develop Organizational Process Assets: Design and implement document templates and project plans that drive business outcomes.
- Coordinate amongst Stakeholders: Foster effective relationships with FPS Program Offices, project teams, FPS Divisions, and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve shared objectives.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $65,000 and $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
