As an Event Staff member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of events, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with event day preparation and execution, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.
  • Collect and scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct traffic coming in and out of the venue.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other Event Staff members to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
