About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Lead to join our Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) Practice in a technical leadership role. As a technical leader, you will manage projects, provide technical direction to project teams, and serve as a technical subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction and lead client-facing teams to support the continued growth of our engineering and environmental services within the power and industrial markets.
  • Develop new clients and support existing client relationships.
  • Attend client meetings and coordinate with multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Prepare qualifications, technical approach, and selling messages and communicate them in proposals and project interviews.
  • Serve as senior consultant for current and future projects, working with internal project teams and clients to set strategic direction for project execution.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Geology, or Hydrogeology.
  • 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • U.S. Citizen/Resident.
Preferred Qualifications
  • B.S. degree in Engineering, Geology, or Hydrogeology.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.).
  • Minimum ten years of related technical experience in engineering, geology, or hydrogeology.
  • Ten years of project management experience.
  • Five years of experience in CCR-related projects.
