Senior Survey Project Manager - RPLS

Halff is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Survey Project Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS), you will be responsible for leading and managing survey projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead survey projects, including developing scope of work, schedule, and fee.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor License (RPLS).
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated management experience as a Licensed Surveyor.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and mentor Survey Technicians.
  • Ability to successfully manage projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with DOT or Land Development projects.
  • Technical understanding with Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D or Openroads MicroStation.
  • Experience with various municipalities in San Antonio, McAllen, or Brownsville area.
