Job Title: Healthcare Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to join our team at DeAngelis Diamond. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of healthcare projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of project execution, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage subcontractors to ensure project quality, schedule, budget, and safety goals are met.
  • Coordinate and schedule inspections, and ensure timely receipt of certificates of completion, punch completion, and final completion certificates.
  • Communicate effectively with owners, design professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Apply DeAngelis Diamond's standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all aspects of project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, prepare RFI's, review and process Submittals and Shop Drawings, and prepare daily and weekly project records and reports.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with Company Safety Policies and OSHA job-site requirements.
  • Participate in creating a winning strategy for Request for Proposal responses and formal presentations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in healthcare construction or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects up to $10 million.
  • Healthcare Construction and AHCA experience are strongly preferred.
  • Strong personal integrity and highest ethical standards.
  • Able to function in a collaborative and friendly environment.
