  • Closeout Procedures: Oversee all closeout procedures, including documentation, filing, record drawings, construction cost database input, follow-up marketing, and team debriefing.
  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching and counseling to field supervision on a daily basis to ensure each project's success.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of electrical construction experience with a healthcare focus.
  • Skills: Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment, manage multiple projects, and possess superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
