Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Enforce quality control standards and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Participate in OAC meetings, fostering strong relationships with owners, architects, inspectors, trade partners, and team members.
- Mentor and manage superintendents and field personnel to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of construction field experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of direct supervisory experience with a focus on subcontractor management.
- Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software.
- Ability to interpret and enforce subcontractor contracts and project plans/specs.
- Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6.
