We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Medical Telemetry team at Prisma Health Greer Medical Campus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working under the direction of a Registered Nurse/Physician to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care based on individualized plans of care, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, and educational needs.
  • Monitor and document patient status, including vital signs, lab values, and other relevant data.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, informing Registered Nurses/Physicians of patient observations and changes in patient status.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
  • Administer medications and document administration according to policy.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an LPN program recognized by the SC State Board of Nursing.
  • One year of experience as an LPN or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program.
  • Licensed to practice as an LPN in South Carolina.
