This role will serve as the subject-matter expert for workflow processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and standards, and consistently monitoring staff compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily management and supervision of workflow activities in the Care Management Department.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for workflow processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.
- Consistently monitor staff compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Care Management Department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of care management services.
- Masters degree in Social Work.
- Maryland LMSW or LCSW-C.
- Certified Case Manager preferred.
