About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality end-user documentation to support our Service Optimization program. This will involve working closely with technologists to understand complex technical concepts and communicating them in a clear, concise manner to our end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base within ServiceNow, ensuring consistency in structure and tone.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and user-friendly content, including FAQs, how-to articles, and feature comparisons.
  • Partner with graphic designers to implement CSS styles and create images as needed for content.
  • Track article views, search terms, and other data to inform content decisions and optimize the knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience writing technical documentation or non-technical writing experience with a background or interest in technology.
  • Experience managing and updating knowledge in ServiceNow, with a focus on creating end-user friendly content.
  • Strong understanding of knowledge strategy and the ability to maintain a bird's eye view of all content in the knowledge base.
  • Basic-to-intermediate experience with HTML 5 and CSS 3 for web layout and design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Power Platform, and Viva Engage.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
