About the Position:
As a Primary Care Physician, you will lead patient-centered medical homes to provide longitudinal and preventative care to a panel of Veterans. Our team includes nurses, social workers, integrated mental health providers, and pharmacists, as well as administrative support for scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and lead a team of healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement patient care plans to improve health outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine
- Current, full, and unrestricted license from any state or US territory
- Completed residency in an accredited core specialty
- Board Certified

- Competitive salary range: $250,000-$270,000
